Shipping Information

All jewelry is made to order so thank you in advance for your patience & allowing up to one week for order to ship. The one week does not include shipping time. Shipping times may vary due to availability. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or holidays.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add wattsjewelry@gmail.com to your safe sender list.

If you need your order by a certain date, please email wattsjewelry@gmail.com to ensure the item is in stock. Placing an order with expedited shipping does not guarantee that your order will be fulfilled/shipped immediately.

Currently we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical address is required by USPS.

Orders are shipped either USPS or FedEx.

USPS Priority — $7 flat rate
FedEx Ground — $10 flat rate
FedEx Overnight – $55 flat rate

Watts Jewelry only ships to the United States at this time.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our number one priority is to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase. If you are not unsatisfied with your jewelry product, please notify Watts Jewelry via email within 5 days of the original purchase date. Item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving merchandise. A copy of the invoice as well as original packaging is required and must be in it's original, unworn condition for full refund. Please note, shipping is not reimbursed for returned item(s). You are responsible for the shipping and handling. We suggest sending items back via USPS, UPS, or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost while in transit.

If you would like to exchange for a different product selection, you will be issued a store credit that you can then use to repurchase the item.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  NO EXCEPTION AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

All returned or exchanged items must meet the following criteria:

  • All items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging without damage to the package.
  • A copy of the original invoice
  • All items must have original tags attached
  • Items must be received by Watts Jewelry no later than 10 days from the original purchase date on your receipt.

If you do not meet all of the above requirements at the discretion of the Returns Department, do not attempt to return the merchandise because they will be refused.

Once your package is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.
